Dispatch 1 March 24, 2002: Hans van der Meulen en Wilco van Rooijen were busy packing all  the expedition equipment. The complete equipment was sent at the end of last week. Hans and Wilco will depart from Schiphol airport at the end of this week, on Saturday March 30.

Dispatch 2 March 25, 2002: 5 Days to departure!  Next Saturday March 30 Hans and Wilco will leave for Kathmandu. All necessary expedition equipment has been sent. Here is a  picture showing how Wilco will eventually return to ABC.  Dispatches
