APRIL 3 2002 Another brief update from the journey into Tibet courtesy of Gavin's portable sat phone.

The team have now made it to Tingri having crossed the Tibetan Plateau. All the team are in good spirits and acclimatizing well. they will have a rest day tomorrow then head towards Everest Base Camp on Friday.
