Everest Handicap India 2002 Expedition

This Spring 2002, at least one expedition from India will attempt the Summit of Everest from the Nepal side of the mountain. The Handicap Expedition 2002 India - Everest, with 7 members, will be led by Baba Munindra Pal. Mr. Pal has only one leg and uses a crutch. Mr. Pal, reportedly, lost a leg when he fell off a train. He also attempted Everest last spring 2001.
