Clean
up expedition on Everest: 2002
Update
Four members and two High Altitude Sherpas of the
Noguchi Lhotse Cleaning Expedition have succeeded to
climb 8516 meter high Mt. Lhotse in the following date
and time during the season of 2002 from West Face. [note
these are reports from Nepal, we do not have
confirmation of these Summits.]

Twelve member Noguchi Lhotse Cleaning Expedition 2002

the leadership of Mr. Ken Noguchi (1973) Student from
Tokyo Japan during the Spring Season of 2002.

Japanese climber Ken Noguchi again leads a clean-up
expedition on Everest. Ken this year plan to work
on the South side of Everest. There "announced
plans" are not to attempt the Summit of
Everest... Interesting their permit name is: Noguchi

Ken
has performed several "clean up expeditions"
on Everest that bought garbage down
the mountain. In 2000, he was criticized for leaving much of it on Everest in large
piles when a lake formed on Everest due to melting ice. In 2002, Ms. Lakpa Sherpa
left the Asia Qomolangma Cleanup Expedition and joined
up with George Dijmarescu and reached the Summit for
her second time.
