AHF's 50th Everest Anniversary Celebration
At 11:30 am on
the 29th of May 1953, Tenzing Norgay Sherpa and
Edmund Hillary made history when they reached the
summit of Mount Everest from Nepal via the Western
Cwm and South Col.
To honor the 50th
anniversary of their climb, were throwing a giant
party in San Francisco on June 10, 2003.
Fifty of the
worlds coolest climbers and Sir Ed himself
will be there.
Please join us as
we celebrate their triumph and Sir Eds
humanitarian legacy over the last half century.
Help us carry on his work with the schools,
hospitals, regreening and sacred sites that have
