ceasefire has been declared in Nepal between the
government and the Maoists. The real news is, the
ceasefire appears to be holding so far this time!
However, Maoists are
still reportedly demanding money (donations) from
trekkers, climbers, individuals and shopkeepers around
Nepal including in Kathmandu. More and more these
donations are demanded by armed Maoists.
