Dispatch: Waiting for the Best Summit "Window" Things are pretty quiet here in base camp. Our Sherpas have about four days of work to get the last camps (3 and 4) established and the oxygen hauled up to the camps. After that we are just waiting for the weather. We are optimistic that somewhere around the 15th could be our first opportunity. We'll see what the weather gods decide. Some teams are targeting the 12th. Chuck, Bob H. and I are all in the last stages of our colds and should be healthy for the summit push. All other team member are healthy and antsy to get climbing toward the summit. So in the mean time we are trying to relax and eat lots. Weather in base camp has been good the last couple of days, the last of the high winds are gone I hope. That made it very unpleasant for sleeping. -Dan Smith
