Everest 2003: EVEREST SPEED EXPEDITION® Update | |||

| The Following 1 member & 1 sherpa of "Italy Everest Speed Expedition 2003" team have been successful to climb the summit of 8848m. high Sagarmatha (Mt. Everest) on 23 May. 2003 at 09:45 AM. Name of the Summiteers 1. Ms. Manuela Di Centa (40 Yrs), Journalist, Anchorwoman from Bormio (SO), Italy. 2. Mr. Dorjee Sherpa (38 Yrs), Namche-5, Solukhumbu, Nepal. The 10 members of "Italy Everest Speed Expedition 2003" team was permitted to climb 8848 Meter high Sagarmatha (Mt. Everest) from South East Ridge for the period of Seventy-five days from 9 April 2003 under the leadership of Mr. Manuel Massimo Lugli (42 Yrs), Tour operator from Modena (MO), Italy.
