A
two members expedition from Japan has applied to climb
Chogolisa. What is Chogolisa, you might ask? Well it
is 7654 meters high and the 46th highest mountain in
the world. Chogolisa was first climbed in 1975 by the
Austrian climbers G Ammerer and A. Pressl via the SW
ridge.
Lead
by Hiroshi Iwazaki, born 2/4/1960, Iwazaki reached the
summit of Broad Peak on 7/16/1997.
