International Peace & Friendship expedition to Broad Peak 2003

Dispatch 11: This is a dispatch from Stuart Remenschneider at camp 2 located at 6250 meters on Broad Peak.

All 9 numbers of the expedition are finally at a high camp together. Today we gathered at camp 2 and we have been passing the day eating, drinking lots of water and playing cards.

The big news from down below is that miyaki Ochoar and ..beavers?... have arrived our base camp and have eaten all of our food as far as we can tell. We are all well and looking forward to moving up higher on the mountain tomorrow to camp 2.5 and many of us have aspirations of trying to make the summit on the 13th, 14th or 15th.
