Day 1, Tuesday, March 19th: We left
Denver International Airport at 6 pm after a
mechanical problem set us back an hour. We arrived in
L.A. and boarded the plane bound for Taipei, Taiwan.
Day 2, Wednesday, March 20th: We
lose this day by crossing the International Date Line.
Day 3, Thursday, March 21st: We
arrive in and leave Taipei, Taiwan, for Bangkok,
Thailand. Upon arrival in Bangkok, we need to find a
room for our day layover. We explore the city with
another American we meet Named Brendon, and retire for
the night. We are now exactly 12 hours ahead of
Eastern Standard Time. A few Pictures of Bangkok can
be seen here, but we did
not really see much. Although I have never seen so
many people with cell phones and masks on (because the
pollution is so terrible!)
Day 4, Friday March 22nd: We arrive
at the airport for our 10:30 am flight to wonder where
Seth's Passport has gotten to, What we can surmise is
that it fell out of his pocket while holding on for
dear life in the back of a Tuk-Tuk the day before. A
Tuk-Tuk is a tricycle type of motorcycle, that you see
the city in for less than a dollar an hour. So we
spent the whole day at the American Embassy getting a
replacement Passport. Which we have gotten and changed
our flight, and we will hopefully be in Nepal
tomorrow, barring any other unforeseen mishaps. Sean
