| Willie has had a rough several days. After their summit, they tried to help Karma Gylzen Sherpa (28 yrs), Climbing Sherpa from Sotang - 6, Solukhumbu who died on 24 May 2003 at 7.30 PM. near camp I while he fell sick and was on the way to Base Camp from South Col. Then Willie was at work helping the people hurt in the helicopter accident!
Today, Willie arrived in Kathmandu. He was at the hospital, visiting with those who were injured in the helicopter crash. He made it down from BC to Kathmandu in just a day and a half! He said he is going to send me a final detailed summit report soon...
